Conference Room Facilities Available for Rent

HRI has a comfortable, air-conditioned, conference room and facilities available for hire. We are situated in a prime location and offer competitive rates. The conference room is located close to Cointrin Airport, Geneva.  There is public transport and parking nearby.  Our conference room can comfortably accommodates up to 30 participants in a range of meeting room formats (board room, roundtable, classroom, etc.)

HRI will provide a full conference package tailored to your needs. We can assist with catering, secretarial support,  travel and accommodation arrangements, photocopies, audio recording, video beamer, overhead projector, interpretation, conference calls, videoconferencing facility and reporting.

Conference Room rental charges are CHF 300 for a half day; CHF 500 for a full day; and CHF 2000 for a week. Rental charges include power, heating, lighting, wireless or cabled internet, and bathroom facilities. Information on costs for additional services and materials will be made available upon request.
